Welcome

Welcome to my adventures in food.

This year I have 2 main new years resolutions...

1) cook more things

2) Eat better and lose some weight

Luckily the two go well together! I shall be brave and post my actual weight, scary but hopefully it will only go down and hopefully you guys will be supportive I'll also post my least favourite photo of me from our wedding where I look massive. I have however covered my face up to protect my identity.

I shall attempt to keep a record of everything I eat in a day.
