1st January 2012

So here we are in a new year so I'll post my weight and the photo of me looking really fat

Weight: 13st 13lb (that's 3lb's on since the 21st of December so not that bad)

Food:


Breakfast: 2 buttermilk pancakes with mango and lime coulis

Dinner: Rare rib of beef with roast potatoes, green beans and Bearnaise sauce
              Tart Tatin with cream
Tea: Cheese and chutney sandwich

As promised here is the photo of me looking horrible
