Today is the last day of eating festive food. I have way too many chocolates to eat and might have to resort to taking them to work and that somehow seems wrong but as A doesn't really eat sweet things the masses of chocolates we get fall to me to eat and if I'm honest I don't like some of the ones we get, I've eaten them for the past few years out of loyalty to the person who bought them (stupid I know, this is something I must get over) so I'll have to do some chocolate redistribution.
Anyway food for today:
Breakfast: 4 buttermilk pancakes with Mango and line Coulis
Lunch: Rib of beef sandwiches with Bearnaise sauce
Dinner: Lasagna and Tart Tatin
Hopefully as of tomorrow things will look healthier!

Welcome
Welcome to my adventures in food.
This year I have 2 main new years resolutions...
1) cook more things
2) Eat better and lose some weight
Luckily the two go well together! I shall be brave and post my actual weight, scary but hopefully it will only go down and hopefully you guys will be supportive I'll also post my least favourite photo of me from our wedding where I look massive. I have however covered my face up to protect my identity.
I shall attempt to keep a record of everything I eat in a day.
So wish me luck!

So here we are in a new year so I'll post my weight and the photo of me looking really fat
Weight: 13st 13lb (that's 3lb's on since the 21st of December so not that bad)
Food:
Breakfast: 2 buttermilk pancakes with mango and lime coulis
Dinner: Rare rib of beef with roast potatoes, green beans and Bearnaise sauce
Tart Tatin with cream
Tea: Cheese and chutney sandwich
As promised here is the photo of me looking horrible
